3.How can I get rid of Extended Download Service I do not need while placing the order?

In "Regnow" checkout page, you can remove the Extended Download Service or other items by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the Remove column, and click Update.

5.What is your Upgrade Policy?

6.Can I order a CD and how long can I get it?

In "Regnow" checkout page, please click the ADD TO CART button on the right to add a CD to your shopping cart. After your order is successfully processed, you will receive a registration e-mail. And the CD will always be sent within 24 hours once received the payment. It usually takes 4-12 business days to arrive. 

7.Why didn't I receive the license code after purchasing?

There are some possible causes: 1. Due to your email settings, the email containing license code may go to your Spam folder. Please check it there. 2. You provided an invalid email address when you ordered the software. 3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders. You can ask help from support@1-click-tuneup.com, if you still not find it.

8.License code can't activate the program?

You may enter incorrect license number. It's better to COPY and PASTE your license code from the email you got into the software activation field.

9.I lost my license code. What can I do?

Don't worry. Just send email to support@1-click-tuneup.com, provide your email address or order number, they will help you find back the lost license code.

10.Is it secure to buy the discount programs from the websites that are not yours?
